You love your child, but some days it’s hard to admit how exhausted and overwhelmed you feel. Maybe you’re feeling weighted down by motherhood, resentful and pressured, unable to meet your own – or other’s – expectations. You’ve realised this society doesn’t always make motherhood easy and you need some direction, clarity and understanding.
You know you need to go gentler on yourself, but you don’t know how. You want to find ways to centre your own needs as a woman as well as a mother, but that feels so difficult.
These things can enormously impact our mothering. And I can tell you with certainty: you are not alone. So many mothers feel these things. And yet, rarely are these common feelings – and the root cause of them – explored in any true depth, with lasting change.

Let’s come together in a safe and supportive space to unravel these everyday burdens. You will feel heard and understood, nurtured and re-energised, and allow yourself to go forward with a sense of greater mental freedom and vitality as a mother.
We will discuss the myth of ‘self-care’ – what it isn’t, and how you can make sure you are actually caring for yourself. We’ll talk about how to handle big emotions – both yours and your child’s. We’ll explore your own boundaries – why they are crucial and how to implement them in an assured and loving way. We’ll dive into anger in motherhood – why it’s common, why it’s useful and how to let go of the shame; as well as the mental load and why it’s frequently the hidden weight of motherhood – and how we can break the cycle for our children.
These six weeks of non-judgemental, loving one-to-one support will shine a light on understanding yourself, your blocks and desires, and together we’ll identify a way forward so you can move into a mothering space feeling more content, replenished and confident.
What's included:
1 x 90 minute initial session where we'll look at where you are at, what challenges you are having, where you'd like to go and what you are hoping to achieve over our six weeks together. This session will guide our time together, but is also just a starting point. We'll leave room for flexibility and changes to emerge during our work.
1 x 30 minute ‘persona’ session will help you learn tools to consider the way unwanted behaviours keep showing up in your life and limiting what you want for yourself. Working through this process can enable shifts in old patterns that have kept you stuck for your entire life.
Six weeks of unlimited voice messaging via The Voxer app. This is where the magic happens! You can talk with me each and every day about your thoughts, your needs, what's going on for you, anything! This is where we dig into the details, notice what comes up for you in real time. With this back and forth we simultaneously build what you need and strip back and dismantle what you don't. You'll be amazed at what we will accomplish during this time.
1 x 60 minute wrap up session will offer us an opportunity to reflect on where you started and all you've been able to achieve during our time together.
